Setting up your Workspace

Welcome to Formul! To start tracking inventory, you need to create an Organization. This is your private workspace where all your data lives.

Creating your Organization

When you sign up for Formul, you will be guided to the Onboarding page.

1. Enter Organization Name: Choose a name for your business or workshop (e.g., “The Scented Candle Co.”).
2. Create: Click the button to create your workspace.

Formul will automatically provision your database and secure environment. This may take a few seconds.

Your Dashboard

Once created, you will be redirected to your Dashboard. This is your command center.

From here, you can:

• Launch your new workspace.
• Create additional organizations if you manage multiple businesses.
• See an overview of your operations.

Next Steps

Now that your workspace is ready, we recommend:

1. Inviting your Team to collaborate.
2. Adding your first Items to the inventory.
3. Defining your Locations to organize your stock.
