Inviting Your Team
Invite collaborators and assign appropriate access for operational workflows.
Before You Start
Section titled “Before You Start”- You are in the correct tenant workspace.
- Your user role can manage team settings.
- Navigate to Settings > Organization.
- In the embedded organization settings, open the team/member management area.
- Click Invite Members.
- Enter one or more email addresses.
- Select role(s), then send invitations.
- Monitor pending invites and accepted members in the same area.
Expected Result in Formul
Section titled “Expected Result in Formul”- Invitations are issued and tracked.
- New members can access tenant workflows based on assigned roles.
Why Role Assignment Matters
Section titled “Why Role Assignment Matters”- Permissions shape who can create, edit, and post operational transactions.
- Overly broad access increases risk of accidental inventory or order changes.
- Overly narrow access creates operational bottlenecks.
If Something Looks Wrong
Section titled “If Something Looks Wrong”- If invites are blocked, verify your permissions.
- If members cannot access pages, verify role scope and tenant membership.
