Inviting Your Team

Invite collaborators and assign appropriate access for operational workflows.

  • You are in the correct tenant workspace.
  • Your user role can manage team settings.
  1. Navigate to Settings > Organization.
  2. In the embedded organization settings, open the team/member management area.
  3. Click Invite Members.
  4. Enter one or more email addresses.
  5. Select role(s), then send invitations.
  6. Monitor pending invites and accepted members in the same area.
  • Invitations are issued and tracked.
  • New members can access tenant workflows based on assigned roles.
  • Permissions shape who can create, edit, and post operational transactions.
  • Overly broad access increases risk of accidental inventory or order changes.
  • Overly narrow access creates operational bottlenecks.
  • If invites are blocked, verify your permissions.
  • If members cannot access pages, verify role scope and tenant membership.
