Monitoring Stock

Formul provides two main ways to view your stock levels.

Inventory Overview

The Inventory page (in the main menu) is your command center.

• View: All items and their total availability across all locations.
• Columns:
  • On Hand: Physically present.
  • Allocated: Reserved for orders.
  • Available: On Hand - Allocated.
• Actions: You can quickly Receive, Adjust, or Transfer stock from this view.

Inventory Report (By Location)

For a detailed breakdown by warehouse or bin:

1. Navigate to Reports > Inventory.

2. Filter: Select a specific Location (e.g., “Main Warehouse”).

3. View: The report shows exactly what is in that location (and its sub-locations).

   

Hierarchical View

Formul locations are hierarchical (like folders on your computer).

• Selecting “Main Warehouse” shows everything inside it (including “Bin A”, “Shelf 1”, etc.).
